With changing rules, new products and demands for higher efficiency, coil/condenser ratings has become a major challenge.  Here are four options to help you select the best combinations for your customers in California and Western Nevada...

Option 1

The most accurate and most reliable source for ratings is www.ahridirectory.org.  When using the database, try to input as little information as possible -- for example, only input 24ABB336, 58MV or C36H to increase odds of success.  Inputting too many letters may cause problems if the data loaded into AHRI doesn't exactly match the nomenclature we're used to using.

Option 2

Below you will find the latest version of the California and Western Nevada rating database.  A couple of rules

1) You will need Microsoft Excel on your computer.  Also, the program is macro driven, so you will have to ENABLE MACROS upon opening the spreadsheet.

2) If a conflict exists between a rating in this database and the rating published on www.ahridirectory.org, the official rating is that of AHRI and published on www.ahridirectory.org.

The database has every rating that we have as of 7/22/2011.  We will update the database as soon as more ratings become available.  For best results, right-click on the link below and "Save Target As..." to copy the file to your computer's desktop.

Option 3

For those who are a little more experienced with Excel, below you will find the raw data file used to power the rating database.  You can filter the columns too find the ratings you desire

Northern California

Southern California

Option 4

Due to the sheer volume of ratings, paper copies of this data isn't recommended.  However, we know that several people like the paper sets.  Below, you will find a set of commonly used ratings (ADP only where the coil width matches the furnace width)
